• November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month

Do you know the origin story of the White Ribbon Project? Do you know this grassroots movement originated as a result of Heidi's frustration that her cancer center did not have any plans to recognize Lung Cancer Awareness Month, learn more https://www.thewhiteribbonproject.org/origin-story.

Our mission at The White Ribbon Project is to take accountability/action for educating the public about lung cancer. We encourage YOU to simply ASK your cancer center & medical teams "What are you doing to recognize lung cancer awareness month?" Use your white ribbon to start a conversation! Our white ribbon community is changing lung cancer awareness through our community ribbon builds. There is great impact when we work within our own community alongside our cancer center/medical teams, and our resources to raise awareness and educate.
