Stephanie Chuang

At age 31, Stephanie Chuang was working as a morning television news reporter in the Bay Area, engaged to be married in two months. But her life soon changed. She got the call from her doctor that forever changed her life, "They said, I'm sorry. You have cancer." Chuang launched a new website called "The Patient Story." There are common bonds among those living with and impacted by a cancer diagnosis and The White Ribbon Project is honored to feature the efforts of Stephanie to tell The Patient Story and her journey to help find "Human answers to your cancer questions."

During Lung Cancer Awareness Month 2021, The White Ribbon Project and The Patient Story joined forces on their shared mission to humanize lung cancer through personal stories.
